We will partner with our missionaries, Pastor Dennis and Chochy Ruano, to support one of their church plants and minister to locals in beautiful Cobán, Guatemala. The team will be divided into two primary missions: construction and outreach.
The church in Cobán lost its building to a flood and needs support to complete construction on its new building. Our construction team will help finish this new building by installing roofing, floors, and windows. Our outreach team will be sharing the Gospel through local elementary school programs, dental brigades, and door-to-door evangelism. Each team member will be assigned to either the construction or outreach team but will still have at least one opportunity to participate in the other team’s mission.
We will stay in nice accommodations in both Guatemala City and Cobán with all meals prepared with North Americans in mind. We will visit the beautiful city of Antigua on our final day. On this trip you will enjoy wonderful fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ while experiencing the beautiful culture and scenery of Guatemala. This is a great first mission trip!
We are accepting applications from adults over 18 and youth 14-17 with a parent attending.
